CONTEST OF YOUNG TALENTS
We kindly invite all young talented people from 6 to 16 years old, who love linen, drawing and dreaming, to enter a contest of dreams.
The best works and their authors will be picked out, and a special surprise is waiting for the winners – we will realize their works.
Requirements of the contest:
Drawings of young talents will take part at the contest.
Techniques: gouache, watercolour, crayons or felt-tip pens.
Size: A4 or A3.
The drawings have to be packed into an envelope or a sheath, with the author’s name, surname, date of birth and school on it. The name of the drawing has to be written on the back side of the drawing.
Topics for drawings:
1."The pillow of my dreams"
2."The bedding of my dreams"
3."The toy of my dreams"
4."The tablecloth of my dreams"
5."The curtains of my dreams"
Please have in mind that the items will be made of linen, which can be colourful and nicely embroidered. If there are pupils who wish to take part in this contest, but have not been at our salon yet, please visit us and learn about colours and patterns of modern linen.
We will be waiting for your drawings till April 30. they can be brought to the salon “JAUKŪS NAMAI” (Juozapavičiaus pr.21, Kaunas) or sent by mail to: UAB KIMONO, Juozapavičiaus pr.7k, LT-45251 Kaunas.
The closing ceremony of the contest and presentation of awards is planned for the end of May.
To participate at the contest are invited not only residents of Kaunas, but also the ones who live in other cities or abroad!
So, please sharpen your pencils and get busy!
